Together with a further team member, You are responsible for the timely and quality-secured implementation of the pay bill for a defined group of employees as well as for the supply recipient. You are available to employees as a competent contact person for all issues relating to billing, tax and social insurance issues You maintain and manage personal and remuneration data in the HR systems used You create certificates and evidence for authorities, social security institutions and other external bodies You support the administration and care of preventive and care models You prepare key figures, reports and evaluations for internal decision-making and control processes You work closely with adjacent departments and contribute through a mutual representation system to ensure efficient processes You actively contribute to the optimization and further development of existing payroll processes

You have a successfully completed commercial training, a training in the field of pay billing or a comparable qualification. You bring practical professional experience in payroll accounting with You have a well-founded knowledge of pay tax, social security and labour law You are safe in handling modern pay billing and HR systems; Knowledge of P&I Loga is advantageous You are characterized by high IT affinity and joy in digital processes You ideally provide first experience in the environment of occupational pensions with You possess a pronounced analytical ability and a rapid understanding You work structured, reliable and with high accuracy You convince by your discretion and responsible handling of confidential data You appreciate the cooperation in the team and bring a strong service and communication orientation with
