In order to strengthen our “Right & Risk Management” department, we are looking for a fixed term for two years at the Kassel site at the next possible time as part of a parental leave office.

Support us with your legal expertise in the following areas: You advise interdisciplinary project teams on legal issues relating to procurement, contract and project processes. This also includes the support of procurement procedures under the Sectoral Regulation (SektVO), including pan-European tenders, the creation of procurement and contract documents and the preparation of relevant decisions. You advise on company law issues in the context of a German GmbH, including company law restructurings and associated documentation and voting processes. You advise on further legal issues, in particular in energy, contract and corporate law. With sovereignty and commitment, you conduct contract negotiations within the framework of procurement and project projects and contribute significantly to the success of complex and strategic projects.

You have successfully completed your second legal state exam. Ideally, you have professional experience in a company or business law firm as well as project experience in EU law and/or company law. You possess knowledge of English and very good knowledge of German in word and writing. You are convinced by a strong understanding of economic relations and are interested in technical and interdisciplinary issues. A strong communication and team capacity completes your profile.
