As a responsible role for IT Application Management in the “Omnichannel & Advisory” cluster, IT-side responsibility lies for a variety of applications in the area of private and savings banks. A stable IT operation is coordinated and guaranteed, as well as the basis for the strategic development and consolidation of individual applications. Central part of the “Omnichannel & Advisory” cluster is an extensive application landscape with a large number of data sources within a complex infrastructure. This ensures a demanding and varied working environment. The securities applications have a strong impact on LBBW's customers and consultancy and thus enjoy a strategic relevance for LBBW.

Central contact person for all topics related to applications in the respective area of responsibility Support from IT infrastructure, architecture, and IT security control and understanding of the interdisciplinary team, ensuring availability, resilience and further development of applications; Composition of internal specialists from various competences and external service providers Ensuring the implementation of requirements in the interest of the bank in the context of the IT strategy Naturally coordinated prioritization of the subjects to be implemented with the specialist units Secure communication at different levels: stakeholders, team and management Control of the providers used in the context of closed contracts, monitoring the agreed performance quality and continuous development of the provider relationships in cooperation with the central provider management Participation in pioneering projects and active stakeholder management within and outside IT

Completed studies (for example, computer science, BWL, VWL) or completed IT-related training Overarching knowledge and multiannual experience in IT application management or in project management in the environment Solid basic knowledge in the fields of application design, IT security and regulatory Experience in communication with different disciplines and the management level from daily work - as a savings partner, strategist and challenger Self-responsible, structured and solution-oriented operation Strongly pronounced analytical and conceptual skills, as well as very good abstraction capacity Experiences already gained in the professional management of teams Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary teamwork and technology trends Very good German (C1) and English (B2) in word and writing
