Every year, about 135,000 people can be treated in a stationary manner. With currently around 7,000 employees, the Klinikverbund is the largest provider of health services in the South German area. Leading midwife (w|m|d) for 38.5 hours/week full-time, part-time employment is possible. The place must be occupied without notice. Location: Munich Klinik Harlaching In our certified Kreißsaal (periZert) we accompany around 3,000 births each year in an interprofessional setting. Self-determination, safety and family orientation are at the heart of our actions. Our support concept strengthens the competence of the donors and actively involves partners and relatives. As a Perinatal Center Level 1, we are responsible for risk and high risk births. In close cooperation with the children's clinic with its own neonatological intensive care unit, we ensure excellent care – even for extremely early-born children under 1,250 g. In the medically guided Kreißsaal, employed and freelance midwives work closely connected with the gynecological ambulance, the weekly bed station and the surgical gynecology as part of a dual birth aid. Our common goal: a professionally excellent, safe and at the same time humanly oriented care of mother and child – in both physiological and pathological processes.

Technical leadership and continuous development of our highly qualified, dedicated team of fixed midwives Central interface function in a highly professional, interdisciplinary setting Active participation of standards, guidelines and processes on the basis of current scientific findings Optimization of processes in the Kreißsaal in close cooperation with neonatology and anesthesia Analysis of relevant key figures, personnel deployment planning and strategic development of the area Active clinical activity with presence in physiological births as well as in complex risk situations Instruction, promotion and professional support of midwife students

Completed or recognized training as a midwife/decome carer*in (w/m/d) Multiannual professional experience in clinical birth aid, ideally in a perinatal center Level 1 Representative leadership competence and willingness to take over management responsibility Successfully completed line training according to the recommendation of the German Hospital Society or the interest to complete it, alternatively university qualification or a qualification of a corresponding national regulation High expertise and organizational strength Empathic, sovereign leadership style
