Commercial Employee Service Charge Accounting with a Focus on Objection Processing (m/w/d)

As an employee:in case of ancillary cost contradictions, you take over the independent examination and processing of objections to ancillary cost accounting. In case of deviations or uncertainties in the billings, you are analytic about, identify the causes and find practical solutions even in complicated cases. If necessary, you have no problem contacting the tenants by phone and in writing to solve a problem. You are comparing rental contracts and other contract documents with the data from our SAP system and carefully check the transferability of the individual cost positions. Your results are fixed and documentable every step. In addition, you are actively introducing your ideas into the further development of our digital processes and thus designing modern and efficient workflows.

You have a completed commercial training – ideally in the real estate sector or in a related professional field such as accounting or office management. First professional experience in ancillary cost accounting, real estate management or accounting you could ideally already collect. Your work is structured and detailed. Even with a variety of processes, you always keep an overview. You are interested in legal issues relating to rental rights and operating costs and are analytic and solution-oriented to new tasks. In dealing with tenants, you convince by your safe and empathic appearance. You have good knowledge of the current MS Office applications. If you also provide SAP knowledge, this is an advantage – but not a must.
