Carpenter – Baby Furniture | Painting | Production management (m/f/d)

Your tasks

As a carpenter (m/w/d), you play a central role in our production – from the work bench to the organization:

• Production and assembly of baby furniture (e.g. beds, treads, etc.)
• Use and setup of common machines (format circular saw, milling, grinding etc.)
• Surface processing incl. painting (preparation, primer, painting, finish, quality control)
• Production management in the small team: day-to-day planning, task distribution, coordination of procedures
• Quality assurance and compliance with our standards (clean processing, dimensional accuracy, finish)
• Material and work preparation, if necessary simple stock receipt & stock overview
• Continuous Optimization of processes and co-design in the workshop

That's what you bring

• Completed training as Schreiner/Tischler (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Multi-year professional experience in furniture or wood processing (ideally series/small series production)
• Practical experience in Lacking work/surface treatment (or very good knowledge + willingness to learn)
• First experience in Team management or the desire to take responsibility in production
• Careful, structured working and high quality standards
• Reliability, team spirit and joy in a family work environment
