As part of our agile squad, you are driving the development and operational implementation of a holistic learning-&-development approach for ista. You work closely with colleagues, HR Business partners, executives and international stakeholders and actively shape modern, digital and future-oriented personnel development. Together with your colleagues, you develop and improve our organization-wide learning-&-development offers (e.g. Performance & Development Cycle, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Talent Development and Learning Services, Learning Management, Employee Surveys). You independently control strategic projects, such as the international rollout of talent modules in Workday, and actively shape both the system side and the change support. You convince in the moderation of workshops and trainings and introduce new impulses into our learning culture. KPIs and data-based control are of course for you – you identify optimization potentials and implement them independently. You advise and support our HR Business partners in the implementation of a holistic personnel development for managers and employees (e.g. demand survey, training offers, development plans). You are driving forward cultural development, bringing innovative ideas together and shaping a modern People‐&‐Culture experience for all ista employees.

A successfully completed study with a focus on psychology, economic psychology, personnel or organization – or a comparable qualification. At least three years of experience in learning & development or in personnel development, ideally in an international environment or specialized advice. High system affinity and practical experience with digital HR systems – preferably Workday – as well as modern AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot). Embossed diagnostic and analytical skills as well as sovereign training and moderation experience. Methodology competence in New Work, Agility and modern learning formats. A good sense for different target groups and the ability to effectively shape learning and development processes. Joy of innovation, courage for new approaches and desire to actively shape future topics. A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working. Very good knowledge of German and English.
