Test coordination: You develop and implement modern test approaches that are precisely tailored to our accounting processes. Process support: You support our departments and identify potential for improvement Cross-functional cooperation: You work closely with developer teams and business stakeholders to create innovative and efficient solutions Communication and reporting: Create user-oriented reports and presentations for management and partners that create clarity and transparency Quality assurance: You anchor proven quality standards and use agile methods for continuous improvement

You have completed your studies in the STEM area or have comparable knowledge and experience with your studies You have experience in testing and process management, ideally from the energy industry You have a deep understanding of the system operator's accounting processes and a very good overview of all environment processes You have excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire teams You are familiar with modern tools and techniques in software tests and process optimization You think creative and solution-oriented and drive innovations forward with passion
