We are looking for our house of care St. Johann in Tettnang from 15.05.2026 unlimited in full or part-time (19.5–39 hours / week)

Responsibility for the guidance and promotion of young people, such as apprentices, trainees and FSJler Support and counselling for trainees, especially for practical visits and exams Participation in tests and performance assessments Care and development of a strong network with nursery schools and other cooperation partners including regular communication and coordination Commitments in post-growth, e.g. through school visits, trade fair appearances or information services for addressing and attracting new junior staff Training and development of the training concept

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Continuing training on the practical instructions or the provision to complete them, including cost acceptance by the institution and facility for regular training Enthusiasm for the identification of knowledge and joy in the accompaniment and promotion of young people Binding, clear and valuable communication Passion for care and the desire to carry this enthusiasm to the outside and to attract young people for the care profession
