Together with your team from Process Owners and Designers, you shape the future of our Service Order processes and take responsibility for their continuous improvement. Develop innovative process changes and IT applications and ensure their smooth implementation and thus to ensure operational support. Become a central contact for other areas of business process owner and promote cross-disciplinary synergies. Work closely with IT in interdisciplinary teams to develop forward-looking solutions together. Take responsibility for controlling and budget and tax the financial aspects of our projects. Work closely with portfolio management and management to jointly shape the strategic orientation of the company and ensure its success.

Complete studies in the field of economics, computer science or comparable studies. Multiannual professional experience in IT development, process or product management. leadership experience in a comparable position and experience in cooperation with distributed international teams. Finded knowledge in process and project management, ideally including pronounced methodological knowledge in agile software development processes. Sovereign appearance over all levels of business. Hands-on mentality, high self-motivation and sense of responsibility. Interdisciplinary thinking, flexibility and organizational talent. High service orientation as well as economic thinking and action. Flowing German and good English skills.
