You have a Master's or Diploma degree in Social Work, Social Education, Curative Education or a comparable discipline You have job-relevant qualifications such as business knowledge You already have several years of leadership experience and know what that means - Experience in integration aid is advantageous You bring not only professional know-how, but also a real interest in people.
