As a professional trainer*in track construction, you independently conduct the professional qualification of trainees and also offer training courses in adult qualification. You provide the practical skills and knowledge defined in the training framework plan by providing your expertise and appropriate teaching and work documents You have the learning progress as well as the learning performance by adapting the learning speed and the difficulty level in mind Cross-disciplinary key qualifications can also be used by consulting the training group and by supporting the self-planning and implementation of the work steps In the case of learning and performance disorders, you enter the trainees individually to initiate any necessary measures to support them. For adult qualification, you will design the seminar content taking into account new technologies and developments with regard to operational needs
