In order to strengthen the Department of Law / Compliance / Money Laundering at the Karlsruhe site, we are looking for you to support you as Deputy Money Laundering Officer (m/w/d). You perform the function of the Deputy Money Laundering Officer (m/w/d) and the central body within the meaning of the Credit Law and Money Laundering Act You take on the independent analysis of new legal regulations and regulations on money laundering (Anti Money Laundering) – both European law and national law You implement new regulatory requirements in the Deutsche Bausparkasse Badenia independently, including the development and implementation of relevant policies and procedures You take on the training and awareness of employees regarding money laundering and terrorist financing You are planning and updating the annual report and risk analysis as well as reporting suspects

You have a completed university degree in law / Business / Economic Law / Economic Engineering or a comparable qualification You bring at least two to three years of professional experience in compliance, ideally focusing on money laundering prevention; Alternatively, you have several years of experience in internal auditing or auditing in the field of auditing the money laundering prevention You are experienced in dealing with auditors and supervisory authorities You have fluent knowledge of German and English in word and writing You have an independent and analytical approach, a high level of sense of responsibility; Beyond that, you are technically very affin and know well with relevant data analysis
