Type of employment: Full time, part time

Reception and care of the guests: You warmly welcome our guests, sorgst for a smooth check-in and check-out and are the first point of contact for questions and wishes. Telephone and email communication: You accept reservations, answer inquiries and provide information about our offers and services. Booking system maintenance: You’re planning the bookings and make sure that all data is collected and updated correctly. Cashier activities: You take care of the billing of the guests, accept payments and collect invoices. Administrative tasks: You support the daily office organization and ensure a smooth process in the reception area.

Experience in the reception area of advantage: You already have experience at the reception, ideally in the hotel or camping area, but also cross-comers are welcome. Friendly appearance: You are communicative, service-oriented and always have a smile for our guests. Organizational institution: You also keep a cool head in stressful situations and work structured and conscientious. Computer skills: You are safe to use common booking systems and office programs (e.g. MS Office). Experience with a hotel booking system is advantageous. German and English in Word and Writing: You can communicate well in German and English Teamplayer: You like to work in the team and contribute to the positive working atmosphere. Flexibility: You are ready to work even on weekends, holidays and holiday periods.
