Ensuring efficient, customer-centric cooperation in damage regulation Implementation of regulatory strategies by controlling and incorporating external service providers into the damage regulation processes of HUK‐COBURG Design, negotiation and monitoring of contractual relationships with service providers according to strategic specifications Creation of business cases and analyses as well as the establishment and development of a service provider-related controlling Data analysis and reporting with derivation of action recommendations for operational damage regulation Planning and implementation of audits at external service providers in damage processing Business Partner function for internal damage areas and external service providers at interface level and in exchange with the department manager

Complete study of economics, (economic) informatics, mathematics, physics or data science completed training to/from the merchant/wife for insurance & financial institutions and/or specialist:in for insurance & finances with relevant professional experience Multiannual experience in data- and process-oriented environments and in service provider control Experience in interface function between departments and IT as well as understanding in the BI and data management environment Analytical and conceptual thinking and methodological competence in strategy development and business cases Very good communication and negotiation skills as well as safe occurrence in dealing with different stakeholders Entrepreneurial thinking, outcome orientation, sense of responsibility and organisational ability in dynamic work environments
