After a thorough introduction, you will arrange IT on-site support in German in Munich together with your colleagues. You collect and document messages in the Trouble Ticket System and prioritize, classify and escalate malfunction messages. You install and configure hard and software (desktop, notebook, printer) and supports IT operations (building and setting up IT workstations). In addition, you perform function and connection tests.

You are studying computer science or business informatics. You may already have an IT vocational training, such as a specialist informatics (all genders) system integration, before your studies and first experience in user support (1st and 2nd level). Knowledge in the operating systems Windows 10 and 11 as well as in the common MS Office products / Microsoft Office 365 will help you with the safe handling of a professional Trouble Ticket System. Basic knowledge in the network area as well as secure knowledge of German (at least C1) are required. You always communicate friendly and targeted, are reliable and service-oriented. You can work 20 hours a week.
