Employee building services/ electrician, limited to 2 years (m/f/d)

You take over the operation as well as the maintenance, maintenance and inspection of domestic and building technology. You perform general mastery activities such as regular visits to ensure cleanliness and safety, minor repairs and electrical installations. You coordinate and control external service providers and suppliers – from commissioning to successful acceptance of services. You implement constructive changes to jobs and help create new jobs. You analyze and troubleshoot electrical systems. You work with Team Facility Management.

You have completed training as electricians, electronics engineers for energy and building technology or comparable technical training. You advantageously have professional experience in the field of home technology or building management and other craft skills. You have technical understanding and craftsmanship. You have a pronounced hand-on mentality. You have a strong team capacity and a systematic and targeted approach to solving problems. You have a safe handling of MS Office. You are physically resilient and have a reliable way of working. You are ready to work outside the usual working time window (e.g., with regard to having, maintenance). You own a license class B. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
