The company CFC is a customer service center with a total of 200 employees at two German locations, at Hahn Airport and in Flensburg, service center of the most modern standards in technical and qualitative terms. It is a 100% subsidiary of Lufthansa Industry Solutions and thus part of the Lufthansa Group.

You act as a 1st level supporter for Lufthansa staff and competently collects/dissolves malfunctions by phone and email You answer all questions about disorders, orders and complaints and always find a good solution Configuration / installation, fault diagnosis and removal You communicate with Lufthansa staff “all over the world” in the 24*7 system in German and English

You have a completed IT-based training, but is not a condition You speak German in C1 level or better You have good English skills in word and writing You have a wide range of IT knowledge with high affinity (Windows, Network, Office etc.) You are strong in communication, proves empathy and can enter different contact persons Your work is focused, reliable and you are a team player You have ideally gained first experience in customer service/customer care, also during your training Also in stress situations you always stay friendly and relaxed At the same time, you trade in solution and customer oriented
