At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years with productive AI or ML systems in a professional environment Expert knowledge of Python (3.11+) and experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph Experience with AI-based development tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot) Found AWS knowledge (including Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3) and experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CDK) Experience with Containerization Technologies (Docker, Kubernetes or Similar) and Git-based Workflows and CI/CD Found experience with data warehouse solutions such as Redshift or BigQuery as well as vector databases Ability to translate new AI technologies into practical business solutions and share knowledge in the team Very good German knowledge (at least C1)
