The Octapharma production company Deutschland mbH (OPGD) in Springe near Hannover is one of five state-of-the-art production sites. There we produce with our around 850 employees: a finished product and intermediate products for further processing.

In your role as Head of Maintenance (m/w/d), you are responsible for the organisation, coordination and implementation of the maintenance, repair and technical operation of the production facilities in compliance with GMP and FDA compliant requirements. This position is sought in full time with 38.5 hours per week and indefinitely. Design our vision to create new health solutions that improve people's lives.

Technical and strategic management of the department Ensuring the technical operation of GMP-managed production facilities Ensuring the monitoring of devices requiring and requiring monitoring Ensuring efficient and demand-compliant coordination and maintenance Development of a risk-based maintenance strategy to ensure plant availability, operational safety and regulatory compliance Participation in internal and external audits

Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or Similar Mind. 5 years of professional experience in the technical field (probably in maintenance) and leadership experience Comprehensive understanding of GMP regulations and their application to technical installations and maintenance processes Funded expertise in the development, implementation and optimization of maintenance strategies Competence in strategic planning Knowledge of SAP, Siemens PCS7 & Honeywell GLT and Trackwise Advanced MS Office knowledge Your department where you do something The field of technology ensures that production facilities, building technology, utilities (e.g. WFI, clean steam, HVAC, compressed air) and other GMP-relevant equipment are available, qualified and operated in a properly functioning state. These include the development and implementation of effective maintenance strategies, including preventive and corrective measures, risk assessments and state-oriented approaches. It consists of the departments Automation, Engineering, Facilites & Utilities, Maintenance and Qualification Maintenance is responsible 24/7 with around 35 employees for maintenance and repair of production and supply systems.
