In your role, you conduct complex change projects in the context of transformation, digitization and automation and act as an interface partner between production and the departments at the Wismar site. They develop solutions for the digital transformation of production, plan implementation and implement them within the framework of projects. Within these projects you control both the project staff and external partners. Their main focus is on improving existing manufacturing and business processes. In order to initiate and implement your projects, you regularly agree with the ordering department manager as well as the cross-departmental interfaces. Complex problem analyses, the development of problem solutions and the initiation of measures in the event of identified risks and deviations fall within your area of responsibility. In your projects, you ensure compliance with the specified time and costs, take into account the requirements of the quality management of the project.

You can get a successfully completed Bachelor's degree in the field of economic engineering, including at least. 3 years of professional experience or the like, or have several years of professional experience with comparable qualifications. They have experience in project management, control of external partners and in the production environment, as well as at best an IPMA Level D certification or comparable training.
