Responsible management and control of construction, renovation and repair projects Coordination of all measures including Inspections, subcontractors and service providers Ensuring quality, cost control and timely implementation Creation and maintenance of required project and operational documentation Communication, coordination and performance with clients Self-selling and negotiation

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, technology or comparable training High service orientation, flexibility and a pronounced quality awareness Team skills, commitment and independent work Excellent communication skills and a friendly, safe occurrence Good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B driving licence
