Tasks You are the professional and disciplined management of the Care Set Operations (2 employees) team and make sure that price adjustments are put into operation in a secure, timely and smooth manner. You are the operational switching center between negotiation team, cost centers and internal departments – and direct contact:in the Chief Pricing Officer. Your tasks: Operational control & compliance Responsibility for the legal and timely implementation of all price adjustments including inhabitant communication Ensuring the refinancing of training costs compared to cost-beneficiaries Negotiation support & team coordination Support in the preparation and follow-up of nursing kit and investment cost negotiations including ensuring complete and timely data preparation, documentation and follow-up of negotiation results by the team Coordination and follow-up of the coordination processes with operations, home administration and other specialist departments – including escalation responsibility for delays Communication & Cost Management Professional management of ongoing communication with cost providers and home supervision Building and maintaining reliable working relationships with relevant authorities and associations Reporting & control Regular reporting to the Chief Pricing Officer on a negotiating position, operational key figures and risks Preparation of decision templates and ad hoc analyses for management Process optimization & digitization Continuous identification of potential improvement in the team's operational processes and active participation in digitization and automation of recurring processes (e.g. data preparation, inhabitant communication, contract management) Introduction and further development of tools and standards for improving efficiency and quality

Requirements That's what you bring Multiannual professional experience in nursing kit management or in a comparable interface function between care, administration and cost-holders Funded knowledge of refinancing mechanisms, in particular in the field of training costs (ATA / transfer), as well as experience in the management of supply contracts and in dealing with cost carriers and home supervision Proven leadership experience as well as the ability to control, develop and deliver a team to the highest performance Embossed process understanding and experience in optimising operational processes affinity for digital tools and interest in data-driven operations; Experience with automation approaches A structured and solution-oriented operation with high quality standards Safe handling of MS Excel as well as digital management and reporting tools as well as very good German knowledge in word and writing
