You develop our multi-site HR reporting strategically, create customer-number-based analyses, queries and reports and provide decision-relevant information in line with target groups. You design and optimize the uniform use of dashboards, portals and MSS solutions in the context of reporting and analytics and ensure transparency and high data quality. In close cooperation with HR-IT, the BI team and different HR areas, you coordinate requirements, prioritise further developments and secure a stable system and reporting landscape. The definition, documentation and continuous development of our HR key figures is your responsibility – including clear KPI logics and uniform calculation bases. As a central contact for HR data analysis, you support ad hoc evaluations, train end users in handling reporting tools and actively promote data-based control in HR.

Completed studies of (economic) informatics, data science or alternatively a comparable commercial training Multiannual experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence or analytics Secure handling of SAP BW frontend tools (BW/4HANA), Eclipse Query Designer as well as Analysis for Office or SAC Funded SAP-HR knowledge, ideally including SAP Query Manager Very good Excel knowledge as well as experience in project and process management Structured, careful and reliable operation, combined with self-initiative and rapid opinion Impressive capacity for targeted communication and comprehensible documentation
