As part of the reimplementation of a short-term care, we are looking for you as a health care and nursing/age care provider (m/w/d) short-term care Your area of responsibility You plan and implement an individual, room-oriented care according to the reference care system You conduct both basic and treatment care through the planning and implementation of a holistic and individual care and care lies in your responsibility, including the evaluation of the measures carried out You actively promote the self-care competence of our short-term care guests The nursing assessment as well as the continuous monitoring and monitoring of short-term care guests are part of your tasks You carry out therapeutic measures according to medical order, always in compliance with our quality standards The professional and professional documentation of care measures is an important part of your activity You support, advise and guide our caregivers and their relatives sensitively and competently Your profile You have a completed vocational training as a health caregiver/age caregiver and a valid German professional permit Your commitment, readiness and high social competence and team orientation shape your work Your strong communicative skills enable effective teamwork You work structured, responsible and self-employed You are constantly striving for your personal and professional development to your empathic and value-adding basic attitude towards patients and colleagues.
