Logistics Foreman (m/f/d)

Central point of contact: You are the first contact person for internal employees: both internal and external service providers and ensure smooth communication and cooperation Administrative administration: You support the administrative management of information and manage across departments in organizational matters with Process control and coordination: You are responsible for the control, coordination and implementation of the logistical processes and the planning of the operating daily business Monitoring department performance: You carry out the monitoring of department performance, identify optimization potentials and implement solutions for continuous improvement Training and instruction: You are responsible for the assignment, instruction and continuous training of employees: both for their professional development and compliance with all relevant regulations

(m/w/x), as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/x), as an alternative to cross-entry (m/w/x) with several years of experience in logistics Experience: At least 1 year of leadership experience, e.g. as supervisor (m/w/x) or team leader (m/w/x) or group leader (m/w/x), as well as knowledge in handling logistic KPIs shiftwork: willingness to shiftwork IT Skills: Versified handling of MS-Office Packet (especially Excel) Soft Skills: organizational and team skills, ready-to-use as well as safety and quality awareness
