Then you're right with us in the central shop! Your tasks Contract deposit: Rollout and optimization of our contract deposit with the focus on the depositing process of purchase contracts

E-Procurement: Participation in optimizations in our ordering process

Risk management: support in improving central risk management in central purchasing

Process optimization: support in optimizing our processes; including testing, training and analysis in our new ERP system landscape

In addition, self-sponsored support for diverse tasks such as the offer examination and insights into cross-departmental projects

Your profile Studies: Continuous studies in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Management or in a comparable field, ideally with the deepening/focusing on purchasing and/or procurement

Technical skills: Enthusiasm for processes and IT systems, as well as safe handling of MS Office

Working method: Embossed team skills and a dedicated and structured working method

Availability: Ideally you are available for 6 months as part of a mandatory internship from April 2026

Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge (min. C1 language level) and English knowledge in word and writing
