Internal Sales Employee (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the complete input and processing of customer orders within the ERP software.

You act as a competent interface to adjacent specialist areas in order to ensure a timely and error-free supply chain.

You proactively supervise the firm customer base with regard to delivery periods, quotas and framework agreements and conduct written and telephone communication.

You ensure data quality by conscientiously maintaining master data of business partners and products in the system.

You support the team by taking project-related special tasks and administrative activities.

You have strengthened your commercial base by a corresponding professional degree and are safe in the application of MS Office, especially Excel.

You are characterized by a pronounced service orientation and communication skills in German and English, ideally supplemented by a further language.

You convince by an independent, structured organization of your working day and bring the necessary flexibility for a dynamic environment.

You like to work in the team, act reliably and appreciate a proactive approach to new questions.

You are desirable to bring the first user experience into working life with modern systems such as SAP S/4HANA.
