REPRESENTATIVE PROFESS “ALLGEMEINE BETRIEBSWIFTHRE, INSBESONAL MARKETING” (W2)

to be placed in a 100 % position until 31.08.2028.

Your main tasks:

› Teaching, research and transfer in the field of denomination, in particular in the fields: General Business Administration, Marketing Management, Marketing mix, Applied Marketing, International Marketing, Sales, Corporate Communications, Case Studies and Statistics and Quantitative Methods

› Teaching, mostly in English, at Bachelor's and Master's level in all degree courses of the Department, Teaching exclusively in English is possible and desired

› Support for doctoral studies

› Research and transfer activities, development and entertainment of corresponding networks

› Care and development of the international cooperation of the Applicants Department via the online portal

› Further development of courses and participation in the bodies of the department and the university

Your profile:

› Promotion in the field of economics with focus on marketing

› They have theoretical knowledge, didactic and practical experience in marketing in the international environment

› They have theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the application of statistical methods in marketing

› They have appropriate experience in research, as demonstrated by relevant specialist publications

› Foreign and international experience

› Very good English language skills, especially the ability and readiness to hold courses in English

› Willingness to acquire knowledge of the German language within the trial period in such a way that the implementation of German-speaking teaching is enabled

› a qualified doctorate,

› proven pedagogical suitability,

› special achievements in the application and development of scientific knowledge and methods in at least five years of professional practice, of which at least three years outside the higher education sector or additional scientific achievements.

The appointment of representative professors takes place in a public service relationship of a special kind, based on the W insolvency.
