Your responsibility lies in the independent technical support and processing of insurance contracts of a fixed group of industrial and commercial customers in the areas of transport liability and transport insurance You are first contact (m/w/d) for customers, insurers and for our customer service providers Create and create alerts and offers You independently design cover and insurance concepts and are responsible for risk analysis and assessment You are responsible for qualified damage processing You conduct contract negotiations and damage talks with customers and insurers
