For our dedicated and sympathetic management team in Berlin-Lankwitz (Amalienstr.) we are looking for a:n Real estate agent, Property Manager (All genders welcome) in full time (40.0 hours per week)

You are responsible for the lease management of one of our owners' portfolios, mostly of residential properties You carry out object visits and advances In cooperation with our rental department, you are responsible for the rental rights and the creation of rental contracts (rental contract management) You are first:r Contact:in for our tenants:inside You'll start regular reporting for your management inventory In the digital accounting process, you check invoices and release them You plan and control your budget You work closely with internal interfaces (rental and financial accounting, construction department, maintenance and damage management) and tax external service providers

You have a successfully completed training of the real estate industry or a comparable qualification You have multi-year industry experience and comprehensive knowledge of rental law You enjoy the rental management of real estate, including execution of property visits, accommodation and transfers Modernizations and “building in stock” are a welcome change for you You attach value to independent, conscientious and reliable work Implementation strength and outcome orientation as well as your organizational talent and cost awareness You are versed in dealing with Microsoft Office and real estate software (e.g. Wodis Sigma) Driving licence Kl. B
