Shape the PGIS Roadmap: Spend time with customers to understand their needs and market trends and create a roadmap that delivers real value. Develop Business Concepts: Create and manage business cases for new offers, handle the budget, and organize the launch activities. Manage the Squad Backlog: Define, priorityitize, and communicate product requirements, smooth alignment with marketing and strategy. Ensure Execution Excellence: Lead and collaborate with the team to ensure new offers are effective. Foster a Collaborative Environment: Motivate and organize the team, act as the liaison with stakeholders, and ensure transparency.

Your Profile:

You have a degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or a related field. You bring at least ten years of professional experience in industrial companies. Do you already have experience with medium voltage switchgear? Great! You show strong organizational skills and maintain an overview in stressful situation. You have excellent English skills; German skills are desirable.
