You can do this with us:

• Maintenance and inspection of heating, ventilation and sanitary facilities (e.g. boilers, ventilation equipment, drinking water installations)
• Disruption diagnosis and removal of HLS systems (e.g. heating circuits, pumps, valves, toilet/washing fittings)
• Conduct and documentation of tests (e.g. drinking water hygiene, pressure samples, filter change, temperature controls)
• Small repairs and repairs in the HLS area (remove leaks, switch valves, vents, filter)
• Support for building operation and user support (adjust room climate, record messages, consultation with object management/customers)
• Working with the stand-by service for the Stuttgart and Fellbach sites

We wish you:

• Completed training in the area of heating, ventilation, sanitation, for example as plant mechanic SHK (w/m/d), gas and water installer (w/m/d) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience as home technician HLS / service technician SHK in facility management or in building technology
• Technical knowledge of maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of HLS buildings
• Safe handling of test and documentation requirements (e.g. drinking water hygiene, pressure samples, temperature and filter controls)
• Responsible, careful and independent working
• High service orientation and friendly, binding appearance in dealing with customers and users
• Team skills and willingness to participate in the call readiness service for both locations
• Class B driving licence
