Tasks Further development and implementation of reporting to shareholders Reporting: Creation of monthly and annual accounts, analysis of deviations from budget and previous year, and deriving concrete recommendations for action for management and departments Annual budget preparation and monitoring Further development of the controlling instruments (recovery fee accounting, production cost analysis, sales and production controlling, cost center controlling, etc.) Liquidity planning: building, maintenance and ongoing updating to ensure paymentability Annual accounts: implementation and coordination with relevant bodies Cost and performance calculation: collection, evaluation and optimization of cost structures, calculation of cover contributions Communication with external partners: Contact for banks, investors, financial management, tax authorities and other institutions Ad hoc analyses: provision of short-term analyses for management and executives Sparring & Consulting: Support for management and executives in all financial matters Support for other departments on various economic topics Implementation of special projects / cooperation in group projects

As Senior Manager Finance & Controlling, you are the Sparring partner of the CEO and PE company and support the management in all aspects of corporate management. One priority will be to support management in achieving corporate objectives. It is not only necessary to create the budgets, but also to analyse the deviation in the plan figures. To this end, the establishment and improvement of a sales and production controlling is necessary. In addition, you are responsible for the further development and implementation of reporting to the shareholder and the management of a small team of 2 employees.
