The supply chain management of a production site with more than 750 employees has to master a large product portfolio, customer-specific individual to small series production, a large production depth for self-made components up to flexible final assembly and an equally diverse external component procurement. Increased complexity of the product offering and expected dynamic further growth require a rethinking of the supply chain organization and processes. By reassembling the line of supply chain management, the necessary further development is to be accelerated. The role reports to the management. Industry environments with complex and multi-layer manufacturing processes with elaborate customer-specific or small-scale production with processes up to the final assembly of machines and plants: mechanical engineering, mechatronics, measurement technology, medical technology, etc. The cooperation with production, purchasing, development, sales, suppliers and internal customers is a practice for you. You combine strategic-conceptual thinking with operational ground adhesion, master relevant key figures and systems, have good SAP S/4HANA knowledge and have respectful but consistent change processes.
