Construction management in cooperation with the commercial and technical property management as well as the local personnel, in particular – detection and evaluation of the construction conditions and planning of construction maintenance and investment measures – monitoring the execution of assigned construction measures (including function, standard, design, dates, costs, qualities) Support for measures taken by the Land Building Administration(s) from Bauherrinsicht (including accessibility, building energy efficiency, sustainability in the building stock, including life cycle-oriented building) Project management in the implementation of BImA-owned construction projects Quality management, in particular control of all parties involved in the construction with the implementation of cost-effectiveness calculations and advice of users on savings potentials and cost optimization

Qualification: Completed degree/university degree (Diplom/ Bachelor) or comparable qualification according to the DQR level 6 of the Department of Architecture or Civil Engineering Competences: Knowledge of public building law (especially RBBau) and building planning law Understanding structural and economic relations Other: Green, careful and reliable operation Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work into changing tasks Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Good expressability in word and writing, communication skills Customer/addresse-oriented behaviour and targeted negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and social competence Good judgment combined with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility Willingness to participate in partially multi-day training and business trips Class B driving licence and standby for the independent operation of service vehicles An application requires the willingness to be subject to a review pursuant to Section 10 of the Act on the Precondition and Procedure of the Federal Security Review (SÜG) and a review by the user.
