Leading implementation of diverse projects and advice on the project development strategy in the field of turnkey construction (total contractor, EPC, IPA) together with your team Creation of functional performance descriptions for building measures of all kinds and sizes Organisation and implementation of procurement procedures for public and private contracting entities Negotiations with builders and general contractors Contract, cost and appointment controlling in the construction design as well as ensuring the change and follow-up management First contact for customers and project participants in all matters as well as the development and maintenance of existing customer relationships

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering or training with comparable professional experience Experience in project management and management of project teams as well as in the development of alternative project execution forms and contract models (GÜ, TÜ, GU, GMP, IPA) Experience in dealing with the necessary rules (HOAI, VOB, LBO, etc.) High consulting competence, negotiation skills and strong ability to interdisciplinary thinking and cooperation
