Educational leadership (m/f/d)

With us, you take on the overall responsibility for education for a professionally demanding work: stationary group offers and individual educational measures (EPM) with young people, with whom classic carriers often do not want to work anymore. Not only do you run a team, but you develop the team management, shape our technical standards and shape how we work and grow as a carrier. You are responsible for the professional and disciplined leadership of our educational teams in the groups and EPMs as mentor, as a saving partner and as a clear instance when it comes to it. You develop the team lines so that You are able to cope with this demanding work. Together with the management, you build the educational structures, processes and quality standards that make intensive work with this client even viable. From inclusion to daily group and EPM work to crisis intervention. What is still a sketch today becomes a living practice through your handwriting. You ensure the quality of the pedagogical work in the group service and in the EPM setting and make sure that even underlined situations are handled professionally, quietly and in a relationship-oriented manner. You actively shape help planning and case management, even in cases that have come to their borders elsewhere, and you represent us professionally clear, reliable and at eye level towards youth offices and network partners. You remain in the building phase recognizable in everyday pedagogy, not from control, but because good management in this field cannot be organized out of the office.

A completed training or a completed study from the social or educational field: social work, educators:in, medical education, education, psychology, special education or medical education. Multiannual job-specific professional experience of about three years. Of which at least one year in senior activity. Experience in team coordination or quality development.
