Our tasks include rescue and medical services, nursing services, disaster protection, social services and work with children and adolescents. You support the organisational and administrative implementation of the nationwide grant programme “First aid with self-protection content”. You process funding documents, call-ups and evidence of use and contribute to financial project management. You coordinate cooperation with national associations, project partners and other stakeholders and are available as a contact person for organisational issues. You plan, organize and accompany events, trainings and multiplier formats. You support the implementation of communication and public measures and the provision of project materials. You create evaluations, documentation and reports and perform general project-related administrative tasks. You support internal quality assurance (e.g. support for feedback systems).

Please note that this body is limited until 31.12.2029 due to third-party funding.

You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. You ideally bring first experiences in project management, project administration or funding environment. You work structured, carefully and independently and keep an overview of several tasks. You communicate safely, service-oriented and are happy to work with different contact persons. You are very safe in handling the current MS Office applications and bring a high team capability as well as organizational strength. Microsoft Excel is your strong strength (interface between our educational IT and the federal offices). You identify with our values as a non-profit Christian organization.
