The Johanna-Kirchner-Haus in Marktbreit is a transition facility for mentally impaired people who, after the completion of the acute treatment in a psychiatric hospital, cannot be released home or transferred to other complementary social-psychiatric facilities. We support our residents to learn new skills or train existing skills, with the aim of enabling them to make their lives (again) as independent and responsible as possible. Activity in the protective housing area of the transition facility for psychological stabilisation and personal development Implementation of the existing concept Contribution in quality development and assurance Comparative support according to individually developed help plan Support for daily life management, recreational design, daily structure as well as for doctor visits and administration courses Advice and support for clients, among others, on employment and daily structure Support for dealing with the impairments and crises, crisis prevention and intervention targeted activities to promote social contacts, inclusion and participation Organisation and support of group activities Documentation and administrative tasks They have recognised in our introduction text and could imagine being part of the AWO. They ideally have experiences in the care of people with mental illnesses. They ideally have therapeutic knowledge and practice in systemic and/or behavioral therapy, or the willingness to develop in this respect. They enjoy the empathic, appreciative handling of people with mental illness. You value relationship work as an essential social pedagogical method for your professional action. They are an organizational institution with strong nerves and professional competence. They think targeted and also find creative solutions. They are self-confident, enforceable and like to face new challenges. You like to work in the team. They have computer knowledge in all common office applications. You have a driving licence of class B.
