Commercial or technical studies or comparable qualification (m/w/x) in accordance with EU Regulation No 1071/2009 Further training according to the Disposal Industry Regulation (EfbV) Multiannual professional experience in recycling and waste management Multiannual professional experience in personnel and management responsibility in comparable activities entrepreneurial thinking Impressive decision-making and enforcement Business understanding High operational readiness Social competence ''Hands-On'' mentality Knowledge in the Circular Economics Act (KrWG) and others for carrying out the task necessary legal provisions Good knowledge of MS Office applications Teamable, reliable and punctual
