Responsibility for the calculation of turnkey construction projects Compilation of mass determinations and performance lists based on the present tender documents Acquisition and evaluation of offers of contractors and suppliers Participation in contracts with contracting entities and subcontractors Identification and assessment of the opportunities, risks and cost increases as well as follow-up calculations in cooperation with the operational project teams Cooperation with other departments and external parties (customers, planners, subcontractors) Development of special proposals and alternatives Regular visits to our nationwide construction sites

You have completed their studies in the field of civil engineering or architecture, a further training to the construction technician or a comparable technical training Multiannual professional experience in calculation in turnkey construction A high level of technical and economic understanding and sense of responsibility Knowledge of BIM, 3D modeling and costing software, ideally Nemetschek Allplan are desirable Secure user knowledge of the MS Office package (especially Word and Excel) Your profile is rounded off by your knowledge of German, good knowledge of English, team skills, independent and committed working methods and empathy
