Civil Engineer for Building and Steel Construction Projects (m/f/d)

Tasks: Examination and plausibility of existing planning documents Participation in the creation and testing of performance directories for earth and road construction work Participation in the preparation and testing of tender documents (part of engineering) Testing of building plots and geotechnical reports for plausibility and completeness Identification of technical risks and derivation of measures Coordination with authorities, utilities and other third parties Coordination of inventory collection Preparation of construction site facilities and accesses Support in obtaining technical approvals and permits Construction of road construction and development works within the meaning of the AG (builder) Testing of performance plans of the AN-Bau for technical conformity Control of compliance with standards and regulations Decrease of construction services including documentation Coordination and monitoring of quality tests, qualifications etc. Auditing of billing documents Technical evaluation for supplementary offers Creation of specific plan documents based on planned plans derivation of surface geometries and contents (shapes) from existing documents Participation in negotiations with contractors from a technical perspective Monitoring Coordination of interfaces between the works and contractors involved in the construction site Coordination of the interfaces between the construction monitoring, planners and third parties commissioned by the AG Preparation, participation and preparation of construction meetings and project workshops Document management Participation in the production of specifications (road construction, steel and civil engineering) In addition: technical support in the field of high and steel construction (testing of planning and execution documents, specifications, yields and decreases from high/steel construction sight)

≥ 12 years of relevant and detectable professional experience in comparable infrastructure and/or large projects Detectionally completed studies in civil engineering (Dipl.-Ing., B.Sc., M.Sc.) or equivalent German knowledge at least Level C1 English at least Level B2 detectable IT knowledge: Civil3D or AutoCAD; MS teams, SharePoint, MS-Office thinkProject (tp! CDE) driving licence class B
