You guide your team for the residential and parking facilities of our quarters (reconstruction & repair) You are experienced in laying concrete and natural stone material You bring multi-annual experience in measuring, cutting and transfer of height You have experience in building site documentation such as building day reports and upgrades Self-contained construction site organization (material order such as scrap materials and building materials) You control fence, carport and terass building You work with modern construction equipment and machines You are responsible for implementing the requirements of the building manager in your team

You have a training in gardening and landscape construction, road construction or civil engineering You bring professional experience in gala construction, civil engineering, road construction You have a class B licence You've already led a small team You like to work in the team and value a careful and quality-oriented way of working Safe and sovereign appearance against the builder German language skills in word and writing
