Group Leader (m/w/d) – Processing in the field of stepper lithography

Research and development focus on applications in the fields of safety, health, energy, information and communication. The Technology Department deals with the processing of wafers for the production of these components. As a group management ''processing'' within this department, you are responsible for and coordinating the research and use of suitable processes for stepper lithography. In addition, you will be responsible for overall technological processes across groups for component development as well as acquiring, managing and processing research projects.

They bear the scientific responsibility for wafer-stepper lithography and the operation of the plants used for this purpose You plan and control the workflows in the group and are the contact person for the performance of the group in project acquisition and processing They inform the group about important department and group matters, are regularly exchanged information with the department management and participate in group management meetings They promote the professional qualification of employees and accompany the personnel selection and development. They have completed master's or diploma studies in physics, engineering, microsystems engineering or a comparable discipline In semiconductor technology (especially optical lithography), you could already gain experience and acquire a basic understanding of semiconductor components They are a communication-proof team player with good organizational skills and an independent, targeted way of working Project management practice, fluent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English complete your profile
