Our house administrations work locally and we support centrally. In the Parte Group, an experienced team will be provided to all house administrations, which supports in various areas: human resources, finance, IT, administration and communication. As part of our Parte Academy, all employees will learn a wide range of training. The intensive cooperation of the various sites allows us to share expertise and experience with each other and to benefit from the strength of our network.

In your position, maintain and monitor our real estate objects in ongoing operation and ensure their technical functionality. Regularly perform object visits and carefully document identified deficiencies and actions initiated. In doing so, you coordinate, control and control external service providers as well as craft businesses reliably and quality-consciously. You plan, accompany and control maintenance and repair measures structured and solution-oriented. Last but not least, make sure that all technical, legal and safety-relevant specifications are complied with at any time.

You have a successfully completed training or study in the technical field, ideally related to building technology or construction. In addition, you bring several years of professional experience in a comparable technical function. You will find knowledge of building technology, maintenance and the handling of relevant regulations and standards. Very good German knowledge on at least C1 level allows you to professional communication in everyday work. You are also welcome to us as cross-enterers from the craftsmanship, for example as a violin or master, preferably in the construction industry.
