Leadership and further development of productionResponsibility for the entire production process – from planning to production to delivery Development and implementation of a future-oriented manufacturing strategy Ensuring timely, cost-optimal and quality-proof production

Quality ManagementResponsibility for quality assurance in all stages of production – from material testing to final product Implementation and continuous improvement of the quality management system (e.g. ISO 9001) Conducting quality audits, traceability analyses and troubleshooting processes (e.g. 8D) Guidance of the repair department and ensuring continuous error analysis and elimination

Control and further development of the CSDP (continuous improvement process)Initiation and coordination of CS initiatives in all areas of production and operation Introduction and Care of CVP Tools Promoting an improvement culture in the company – with regular workshops, feedback channels and measurement criteria

Responsible for the planning, development and production of special tools, holders, testing and assembly aids Coordination with the areas of development, production and quality management Ensuring cost and time optimization in the production of equipment by standardization and digitalization

Cross-functional leadership and cooperationCoordination with the areas of development, purchasing, logistics and sales to optimize the entire value chain Management of an operational management team (e.g. production manager, quality manager, CVP officer) Regular reporting to management with key figures (e.g. productivity)

Strategic planning and sustainability Implementation of sustainability targets in production (e.g. resource efficiency, energy consumption, waste reduction) Part of the management team and report directly to the management

Fascination for technology Complete technical studies (e.g. electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering) focusing on production, logistics or operations management Very good knowledge of electronics and/or optics At least 5 years of professional experience in operational management positions, ideally in the production of electronic products or plants (e.g. electronics, optics, sensorics) Experience in the strategic and operational management of production processes – from planning to production to delivery Knowledge and practical experience in quality management, in particular in handling ISO 9001 and systematic error analysis methods Experience in controlling and optimizing the value chain through close cooperation with development, purchasing, logistics and sales. High self-initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and sense of responsibility Strong communication and cooperation capability – including interdisciplinary and international teams Open, empathic leadership with focus on employee motivation and team development.
