** • by telephone and personal consultation of applicants and their representatives • by examining applications for citizenship for their legality and completeness, as well as the visibility of the submitted documents and evidence • by the independent, independent decision on the authorisation or rejection of applications and the issue of appropriate notifications • through the organisation and implementation of discussions to review knowledge of the German legal and social order and language • through the creation and handing out of the certificate of citizenship to the applicants and the participation in the civic celebration • through the careful collection and documentation of all process steps and decisions • by decision on retention, waiver and dismissal from German nationality on the basis of the applicable legal provisions and individual circumstances of the applicants

** • with your degree as a graduate administrator (m/w/d) or Bachelor of Arts – Public Management (m/w/d) or your comparable legal studies • as an alternative to your completed legal or administrative training with already begun or completed course to the administrative specialist (m/w/d) or the willingness to complete this or your completed training as an administrator (m/w/d) with already commenced or completed ascent training from the middle to the top service or the willingness to complete this • with your multiannual professional experience and knowledge in the field of foreign and national law (required) • with your safe handling in MS Office • with your independent, independent and structured and conscientious work • with your contact and service orientation as well as your safe occurrence • with your high level of responsibility and reliability • with your strong negotiating skills • with your good oral and written expression • with your high social and intercultural competence and your strong empathy • thanks to your adaptability to new circumstances and your high level of readiness

This position is to be filled with an employment rate of 50% in the field of foreign nationals, nationals and persons' rights in the Ausländeramt in Waiblingen.
