You have completed vocational training or relevant professional experience in customer service, ideally in statutory health insurance or healthcare. Thanks to your strong communication capability, empathy and listening ability, you are able to conduct open, constructive and effective discussions. To do this, you bring English knowledge (even more languages) and show yourself open to digital media. Also in difficult situations you prove skill and empathy in dealing with people. In the consultation you bring the interests of the customers skillfully in line with those of the company. You are safe in handling digital tools. With German knowledge on at least C1 level, you communicate safely and professionally in a German-speaking working environment.
