Customer Service Employee in the CEP department (m/f/d)

You enter European customers in operational day-to-day business and ensure high service quality.

You communicate proactive performance updates and analyze relevant KPIs as well as quality indicators.

You create reporting, identify deviations and take appropriate measures.

You coordinate cooperation with partners in the NSE network as well as internal departments such as operations and sales.

You process customer requests and find efficient solutions for operational challenges.

You support the continuous optimization of processes and introduce your own ideas for improvement.

You have a successfully completed training in the field of forwarding, logistics or a comparable qualification.

You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.

You convince with your strong communication skills and a high customer and service orientation.

You work structured, analytical and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in work-intensive phases.

You are a team player, like working in an international environment and bringing together intercultural competence.

You have experience in customer service, go safely with MS Office – especially Excel – and draw your attention through your own initiative and a proactive way of working.
